Tâches fondamentales du poste

1 à 2 ans d’expérience dans la configuration et la maintenance de DX NetOps Spectrum

Expérience en matière d’ajout/suppression d’appareils, d’ajout/suppression d’utilisateurs, d’ajout/suppression de surveillance dans DX NetOps Spectrum

Expérience de la maintenance des API DX NetOps Spectrum

Expérience avec Broadcom DX Infrastructure Manager.

Expérience de l’administration de serveurs Windows.

Forte expertise en programmation shell avec le shell bash.

La connaissance de Python, d’Ansible ou de Perl serait un atout.

Capacité à collaborer avec d’autres équipes ou clients pour comprendre et répondre à leurs besoins en matière d’infrastructure.

Expérience de la mise en œuvre et du respect des meilleures pratiques et normes en matière d’infrastructure.

Expérience en tant que point de contact pour la résolution des problèmes de surveillance des serveurs.

1 à 2 ans d’expérience dans la création et la mise à jour de la documentation relative à l’infrastructure.

Qualifications de base

• Licence ou combinaison équivalente d’études et d’expérience
• De préférence 5 ans ou plus d’expérience professionnelle pertinente dans l’industrie, avec un minimum de 3 ans dans une fonction similaire
• Expérience confirmée dans la gestion des technologies d’infrastructure
• Une personne qui apprend en permanence et qui se tient au courant des connaissances et des technologies de l’industrie

Autres qualifications

• Un bon sens de l’organisation pour équilibrer et hiérarchiser le travail, et une capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front
• Bonnes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes pour résoudre les problèmes des systèmes
• Bonnes compétences en matière de communication avec le personnel d’assistance, les clients et les gestionnaires
• Capacité à travailler de façon autonome ou en équipe.
• Le bilinguisme est un atout

Essential Job Functions

•             1 - 2 years' experience with configuring and maintaining DX NetOps Spectrum

•             Experience with adding/removing devices, adding/removing users, adding/removing monitoring within DX NetOps Spectrum

•             Experience with maintaining DX NetOps Spectrum APIs

•             Experience with Broadcom DX Infrastructure Manager .

•             Experience with Windows server administration.

•             Strong shell programming expertise with bash shell.

•             Knowledge of Perl, Python, Ansible, would be an asset.

•             Ability to collaborate with other teams or customers to understand and address their infrastructure needs.

•             Experience with implementing and adhering to infrastructure best practices and standards.

•             Experience acting as a point of contact for resolving server monitoring.

•             1 - 2 years' experience creating and maintaining infrastructure documentation.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology management
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

• Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work and multitask.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot systems problems.
• Good communication skills to communicate with support personnel, customers, and managers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual is an asset
