About the Team

Workday’s North America Marketing team is looking for a part time Event Coordinator to assist with day to day campaign creation, testing and support for our speed to lead solutions. The role will report to the Director of North America Marketing Events and will work closely with the team of five on tasks and assignments.

About the Role

Support with the  execution of all API and list upload processes for tradeshows including:

  • Gathering requirements

  • Developing execution plan

  • Aligning resources

  • Creating Salesforce QA reports

  • Building forms and campaigns

  • Testing to ensure all data is flowing

  • Troubleshooting errors with Automation teams

  • Follow execution plans and timelines for readiness

  • Assist in collecting requirements and post-show list uploads

  • Leverage templates to create event communications

About You

Basic Qualifications: 2+ years experience in project or program management

Other Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to support Cross-Functional Alignment
- Solid Decision Making skills in project-related matters
- Proven ability to facilitate Meeting Facilitation effectively and be a clear

communicator
- Solid Project Management skills, including [insert specific areas like planning, execution, or monitoring] for non-technical projects.
- Effectively manage various tasks at one time
- Successfully reprioritize, scale and pivot often based on varying priorities
- Calm under pressure
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Remarkable attention to detail
- Manages & flags any potential disruptions / issues before evolving to larger issues
- Understanding of relationships and dependencies of complex systems and structures to inform decisions
Works collaboratively on a team with a mindful approach
- 2+ years working in the Third Party Event space or 2+ years experience working with marketing automation or event technology systems
- Travel as required for managed event programs (<10%)


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $84,900 USD - $127,300 USD


 

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $71,600 USD - $127,300 USD
