Candidate required for AI Transformation Initiatives linked to Global Delivery Simplification (GDS) program.

We are seeking a self-motivated candidate to fill the role of Managing Director, AI Lead who will report to the head of the GD Simplification program.

We are looking for the MD to lead the Global Delivery-wide AI strategy under the Global Delivery Simplification program, with a focus on governance and driving GD wide opportunities. This role is critical to implementing AI in tightly controlled manner while also ensuring strategic and operational advantages.

The candidate will oversee a wide number of AI projects. They will collaborate with operations and technology teams to ensure the core pillars of the program are fully adopted and operational requirements are clear and tested.

We are looking for an experienced professional who has the ability to execute and deliver results. An important component of the work we do is collaborating with others to drive progress and manage key administrative tasks as OKR’s and KPI’s. Candidate must have ability to speak up and demonstrate professional challenge and debate to drive toward the best outcome for the firm.

This position requires deep project management expertise, strategic leadership, and the ability to drive alignment across decentralized teams.

What you will be responsible for

As Managing Director, AI Lead, you will report to the head of the GD Simplification program.

You will lead the AI strategy for the GD Simplification program, with a focus on generating opportunities with multiple GD stakeholders. Working with multiple stakeholders to define and enforce in GD, AI policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with the Responsible AI Framework.

Other Program Manager expectations

  • Drive the design and implementation of new operating models with AI for specific GD operational processes in order to pivot the Operations organization towards digitization and enhanced client experience
  • Provide visionary leadership with the ability to articulate and drive a future oriented AI approach aligned with the organization’s strategy
  • Collaborate with business and technology leaders to identify use cases and facilitate delivering scalable workflow solutions
  • Create and monitor project plans to drive execution and realization of business outcomes
  • Create Executive Level Reporting, present status at governance meetings, drive workstream governance
  • Define comprehensive KPIs/Metrics for senior executive consumption - for each product and function, working in close partnership with the Product SMEs. Understand, analyze and drive transformational decisions based on data
  • Establish and drive key OKR’s, KPIs and other measures that play a key role in the formation of the Operations Transformation vision and strategic roadmap
  • Conduct meaningful data analysis to inform leadership on trends on root causes and strategic remediation plan
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support audit and regulatory engagements.
  • Provide training and AI awareness programs for teams handling AI.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting or economics related fields OR Project Management
  • 10+ years’ experience in systems migrations related projects, operations/back office servicing (strong knowledge in investments and financial services)
  • Operations Experience program managing large scale global and complex initiatives and implementations
  • Ability to effectively partner with Ops leads, technology partners, senior management and business counterparts Strategic thinker and visionary who can also roll up sleeves to ensure proper execution
  • Project management and business analysis skills
  • Process reengineering
  • Strong technology knowledge and understanding of back and middle office applications in the wider Industry
