Schedule: Full-time Days Mon-Fri (40hrs/week)

What you'll do:

Assists and supports the FHS Home Care Administrator and Clinical Supervisor in coordination of the clinical functions and activities of the department. Assists as directed with orientation, instruction, training and evaluation of personnel in the home care department. Assists in the planning, organization and implementation of quality programs and activities for the Home Care department. Responsible for development and maintenance of policies and procedures regarding Meditech Home Health/Maestro and protocols. Serves as agency resource for clinical and Meditech Home Health/Maestro issues.

Requirements:

Three years clinical experience with at least one year being in Home Care or related experience.
Auto liability insurance, Clean driving record, Current driver's license.
Current Missouri and Kansas Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact is held, it must be in the nurse's state of residence.
