Position Summary
- This position is mainly focused on driving excellence in customer applications & technical support for boththe pre-sales process and post-sales training and related customer requirements
- Works closely with customers to identify market opportunities
Main Tasks
- Accompanies Sales colleagues to provide technical and applications expertise in response to customer inquiries.
- Performs product demonstrations in the field or lab.
- Plans and delivers user meetings in the field application. Bulids and develops customer relationship in the respective regions and China.
- Supports presales promotion on technical-oriented competitive negotiation and tenderings.
- Attends technical training and scientific meetings to gather information on new trends, products and discoveries affecting.
- Develop automated control methods based on customer needs. Builds market potential for further business development in the future.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Reqirement
Education
- Master’s degree or above, major in Physics/Electric Optics/Computer Science or related is preferred.
Experience
- Minimal 3 years of SEM/FIB industry or related experiences.
- Solid technical knowledge in electron optical technology, and application experience in SEM and FIB.
- Strong self-motivated and willing to learning new technology and skills.
- Excellent client-facing communication ability.
