Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and design solutions. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. - Provide leadership and mentorship to the development team. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with CRM customization and configuration. - Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices. - Experience in leading CRM implementation projects. - Knowledge of CRM integration with other systems. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in conducting user training and providing post-implementation support. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A BTech degree is required.
