Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
Take ownership of, maintain, prioritize, and continuously improve the Product Backlog of software products used in a GMP environment
Own product direction, make data-informed, customer-centric decisions that set clear priorities and steer the product towards success
Translate customer requirements as well as regulatory requirements into clear Product Backlog Items with smart acceptance criteria
Collaborate closely with agile Product Development teams to understand and refine Product Backlog Items
Align with internal stakeholders such as Product Managers, Software Architects, UI/UX Designers, Service, and Quality to maximize the value of the Product Backlog
Review and approve completed work of the Product Development teams
Present product functionalities in demonstrations to interested stakeholders
Ensure transparency and take initative to communicate product status, release content, and development progress
What will convince us
Completed degree in natural, life, computer or IT sciences or a technical or scientific qualification relevant to the biopharmaceutical product environment
Experience in product development as well as product or project management, ideally for products used in GMP-regulated environments
Knowledge of agile development frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe
Understanding of biopharmaceutical processes, applicable regulatory requirements and their impact on software and product development
Ability to structure, consolidate and represent customer, stakeholder and compliance requirements towards development teams
Strong communication and collaboration skills combined with a structured, solution‑ and delivery‑oriented way of working
Excellent English skills; German skills are an advantage
