Job Description:

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Research customer inquiries and respond to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Interface with team personnel, management, and customers in reference to customer service issues.
  • Review client reports on a timely basis to ensure data integrity; prepares and submits report to management.
  • Review and recommends modifications to procedures and workflow as necessary to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions.
  • Monitor daily transactions to ensure policy and procedures are in accordance with service level agreement.
  • Support department initiatives to drive continuous improvement and problem solving.
  • Perform project and change request support for operations/PHS.


Mandatory Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Two or more years of annuity customer service or other telephone experience.
  • Experience working with annuities and/or life products.
  • Strong business and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong organization skills.

Work Environment:

  • Home office environment
  • Remote only within US

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, regular business hours
