The Bon-Conseil team is composed of 195 employees dedicated to the production of cheddar and dairy by-products. Join us to contribute to Agropur's success by pursuing your career in a laborer role.

You will start the first few months of your employment as a laborer to familiarize yourself with the production line and different departments. After that, you will have better visibility to apply internally for our various mobile operator positions.

** The start date is scheduled for mid-April 2025 **

• Starting compensation at $30.46/hour, which can reach $31.65/hour after 6 months;

What this role involves:

• Perform activities related to cheese production, manufacturing, and packaging;
• Ensure the maintenance and sanitation of equipment;
• Prepare work areas;
• Comply with and apply all plant policies and procedures (HACCP, Health and Safety, etc.).

What you need to join our team:

• Must be available to work all shifts (day, evening, night, and weekend);
• Motivated and committed;
• Interest in teamwork;
• Respect for occupational health and safety standards and food hygiene;
• Willingness to collaborate and take responsibility;
• Physical work skills (standing work and lifting loads up to 50 pounds) and interest in plant work;
• Comfortable with technology (Computers, Microsoft Office suite, etc.).
