KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Be the patient centricity champion in one or more specific TAs as required.
2. Ensure all patient projects are with the right medical governance.
3. Deliver patient journey and identify unmet needs in moment by facilitation patient insight and internal workshop.
4. Develop and align patient strategic module for brand planning of mature product and new product launch planning.
5. Design patient solution or service ecosystem roadmap and resource plan.
6. Accountable for all solution delivery and implementation in one and more TAs.
7. Keep monitoring on competitor program in related therapy area.
8. Other special requirements for this role is defined based on TA patient solution team priorities.
o Be responsible for patient strategy based on the patient journey
o Design and implement patient initiatives
o Facilitate patient program governance setup and ensure its running accordingly.
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor degree, major in medical or management is preferred.
Experience & knowledge:
· Above 6-7 years working experience, at least two years related patient solution experience.
· Experience in relevant therapy area preferred but not required.
Core competencies:
1. Familiar with pharmaceutical industry.
2. Strategical thinking, have a holistic view on brand planning and be able to develop patient strategic modules.
3. Deep understanding on patient insight and their unmet needs through the disease journey
4. Strong communication: can present priorities and plans clearly and effectively, proactively seeks feedback from across the organization and uses this to improve operations.
5. Good interpersonal skills: can negotiate with others to find solutions that address interests, tactful in handling points of conflict.
6. Good English and computer skills.
