As a Finance & Administration Manager, you will be responsible for leading statutory and corporate reporting while ensuring compliance with US GAAP, PH GAAP, and tax regulations. You will also oversee HR, Legal, IT, internal controls, manage both direct and indirect taxes /tax audit/custom and audit processes. You will also be part of the local leadership team and work closely with country/ sales manager and provide analytical, business parentship support in growing business. You will provide leadership support to the local small team, while collaborating with shared services and regional finance for projects and to drive continuous improvement.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for timely and accurate completion of month end closing, budgeting process (LE/GOAL) which include the preparation and submission of financial and tax provision reports
  • Business partnership and monthly deep dive on the business performance (including FP&A related activities) and strategy review with local management to support business growth.
  • Manage daily operation, transaction review, FX purchase, account reconciliation, banking relationship
  • Manage tax compliance including transfer pricing (NCPM) in both direct, indirect taxes. Manage tax audit and other custom, VAT related compliance
  • Lead and participate actively in local or regional projects/ initiatives
  • Act as the primary contact for internal shareholders and external audits/ vendors
  • Collaborate end to end with shared services team for all financial reporting activities and to streamline processes
  • Serves as primary contact point for Legal, HR and IT functions ensuring smooth coordination across departments
  • Partner closely with paryoll team to oversee and validate payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Manage key aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, mid-year performance reviews, and offboarding procedures

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, professional paper will be added advantage (e.g: CPA, ACCA)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting at the managerial level in manufacturing or F&B industry
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PH GAAP and taxation
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with Excel, SAP, full set of accounting, budgeting process, tax audit management is a must
