Job Summary

This position is responsible for performing technical and installation support for the Corewell Environmental Monitoring System. Under direction from the team, this position will independently perform software setup, troubleshooting, installation, and training as required of the Centrak system.

Position requires travel to Corewell locations in the West and South regions as needed.

The average workweek will consist of Monday through Friday, with some after-hours work required as needed to support installations.

Essential Functions

  • Installation and troubleshooting of calibrated environmental sensors in a healthcare environment.

  • Communicates and collaborates with supervisors, customers, and other trades to ensure quality, timely, and cost-effective installations and compliance.

  • Provide compliance reports and system support for Joint Commission topics.

  • Perform system commissioning of new and existing equipment to maintain proper operation.

  • Ensures proper care, maintenance, and safe use of equipment and supplies. Keep work areas orderly, clean and safe.

  • Able to use basic hand tools, including power drills.

  • Basic Blueprint/Floor plan knowledge.

  • Experience with Excel, Word, and ability to learn the Centrak software system.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment

  • LIC-Driver's License State of Michigan
