We are seeking an Supervisor to support the optimization and execution of sales processes, performance reporting, and business operations. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, improve data-driven decision-making, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Support forecasting, pipeline management, and business reviews.
• Drive process improvements to enhance sales productivity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement sales programs and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or a related function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
