About the Team

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a global security strategy that protects employees, facilities, and company assets.
  • Direct security operations, including access, surveillance, and emergency response systems.
  • Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to manage crises and ensure business continuity.
  • Promote security awareness, training, and reporting across all teams and locations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bring 10+ years of corporate physical security experience, including 5+ in global leadership.
  • Demonstrate expertise in risk management, crisis response, and emergency planning.
  • Understand security systems such as access control, CCTV, and monitoring centers.
  • Lead and inspire high-performing, geographically distributed teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with law enforcement and external security partners.
  • Communicate clearly with leaders, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analyze and solve complex security challenges with sound judgment and data-driven insight.
  • Hold relevant professional certifications or equivalent practical experience in security management.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$150,800.00

Maximum:

$329,900.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
