About the Role

We’re looking for a Forklift Operator to join our Cobram team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth warehouse operations and supporting production by safely and efficiently handling materials in a cold storage environment.

In this position, you will work a combination of Day & Night shifts on a Lifestyle roster. Our Cobram facility is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and the shifts will run from 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts (Counterbalance or Reach) to move, store, and deliver materials and consumables.
• Use RF scanning to maintain stock accuracy.
• Schedule and unload incoming goods.
• Control and issue orders for production.
• Maintain warehouse and storage areas, ensuring stock accuracy and compliance with OH&S standards.

About You

• Valid forklift licence with hands-on experience operating Counterbalance or Reach forklifts.
• Ability to work in a cold storage environment and adapt to shift work.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel) and ideally experience with SAP.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
