About the Role

• 深入了解业务需求，并转化为调研目标
• 独立负责调研项目全流程，将洞察结果转化落地，推动业务增长
• 在日常工作中深度贯彻以客为先的文化，积极影响他人

角色与职责 :

• 和内部各个业务部门合作，梳理业务需求，识别创新机会点，包括新人群，新的业务场景等，积极支持价值主张（产品和服务）的开发及优化

• 能够独立负责定性访谈的调研项目，独立完成从访谈大纲的设计，深访/座谈会的执行到产出具有可行性的洞察结果

• 定期开展内部分享和培训，以提升内部相关团队的调研知识和技能水平

最低工作要求 :

• 大学本科及以上学历，市场营销、金融或经济学专业优秀

• 至少8年以上市场调研相关领域的工作经验，其中5年定性访谈经验, 也有部分定量经验。

• 同时具备客户端及第三方调研机构经验者优先，有金融、快消、药企行业经验优先，最好是甲方+乙方背景。

• 具备业务敏锐度、快速学习能力以及市场相关知识

• 熟练掌握MS Office，尤其是PPT和Excel

• 出色的中英文沟通能力及分析能力

• 积极主动且具有责任心
