Description
Conveniently located in the heart of Knoxville, TN, Turkey Creek Medical Center offers a range of services. As part of Tennova Healthcare, one of the state's largest health networks, Turkey Creek features a 24/7 emergency room, ICU, advanced surgical suites, a dedicated heart hospital, and much more. The new Tennova Surgery Center West, connected to the Medical Center, offers four fully equipped operating rooms and two advanced endoscopic suites.

Our practice is the exclusive provider of anesthesia services at Parkwest Medical Center and Ft. Sanders Medical Center as well as the Tennova Health facilities. Collectively, we provide services at five tertiary hospitals and seven ambulatory surgery centers, all of which are located in close proximity.

Responsibilities

Pre-anesthesia assessment
Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
Performance of clinical intervention as needed

Requirements
Current license as a registered professional nurse
Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

Total Rewards
