Your Role

We are looking for highly skilled Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 4-7 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across the Salesforce platform, strong understanding of declarative and programmatic development, and the ability to lead complex projects from conception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions including custom objects, workflows, process builders, Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
• Ability to build medium to complex reports using Tableau tool
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Salesforce and integrated applications.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.

Your background

• Salesforce Expertise: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, SOQL/SOSL, Tableau developer
• Integration Skills: Experience with REST/SOAP, middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, INB Integration Bus), and connecting Salesforce to ERP/CRM systems.
• Development Practices: Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and Salesforce governor limits.
• Administration Knowledge: Experience in workflow automation, security model design, role hierarchies, profiles, and permission sets.
• Project Experience: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementation.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, effective communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Architect or Technical Architect are highly desirable.
• Proven track record of in Salesforce development and project delivery.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
