The Area Sales Manager – Cold Water Fish Feed (ASM - Cold Water Feed) is responsible for developing strategies for the cold water fish feed business (sturgeon, trout) in alignment with the company’s overall strategy. This role manages existing customers and sales activities effectively, while expanding the market to ensure strong, innovative, well-positioned, and growing business operations. The goal is to meet sales targets and build a strong brand image for the company.
The ASM must be able to work effectively with various stakeholders, including internal teams (subordinates, superiors, other departments, and the Board of Directors) and external parties (customers, consultants, member companies, and the corporate group). In addition to focusing on commercial goals, maintaining and expanding relationships is crucial for sustainable business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy: Collaborate with direct management to develop commercial strategies aligned with the company’s business strategy.
- Planning: Develop and implement weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual budget plans that align with company strategy, market trends, and other business objectives.
Monitor inventory and coordinate production to ensure smooth sales operations and optimal stock levels. - Customer Management: Ensure professional customer management and maintain personal relationships with clients to optimize business opportunities and uphold a positive company image in the market.
- Sales: Develop and maintain an effective sales support organization. Directly support sales staff in generating leads and closing new deals.
- Technical Support Coordination: Regularly gather information on customer technical support needs. Communicate promptly with service providers or the company’s technical team to ensure timely and accurate solutions are delivered to customers.
- People Leadership: Organize, manage, develop, and allocate personnel within the department according to corporate guidelines to meet current and future business challenges and optimize business outcomes.

- Coverage Area: Primarily focused on the Northern mountainous region, including key markets such as Lao Cai, Lai Chau, and other areas, with future expansion toward the Central Highlands.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Aquaculture, Environment, etc.
- Experience in aquaculture, aquafeed, environmental science, biotechnology, etc.
