Job Summary:

Under close supervision, this position is responsible for performing a variety of routine tasks to facilitate the training efforts of the Talent Development team. The incumbent takes direction from Talent Development Operations Leadership to understand business needs/requests and manage priorities.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support curriculum design and development; prepare training materials for trainer delivery, including handouts, workbooks, visual aids and evaluation forms
  • Contact training attendees, prepare and distribute participant materials, and maintain enrollment list
  • Liaise with employees, trainers and management to coordinate learning activities, including travel
  • Manage learner records/certificates of completion; responding to learner questions
  • Maintain a library of training materials, update communications and publish training offerings
  • Prepare materials for training delivery, including handouts, workbooks, visual aids and evaluation forms
  • Ensure timely updates of organizational training records within the learning management system (LMS); maintain high level of data integrity in LMS and other relevant talent development tools and databases
  • Produce monthly, yearly and ad hoc training reports detailing attendees, expenses, effectiveness and other relevant information to share with the business units, senior management, and HRBPs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 1 year of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business/Business Management, Communications, or related field with 1-2 years combination of education, experience, and training.
  • Ability to act professionally

Compensation:

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.  This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
