What We'll Bring:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mid DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on infrastructure as code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about automation, reliability, and scalability in cloud environments, with deep experience in Terraform, Jenkins, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Key Responsibilities:
  •  Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform to ensure scalable, secure, and highly available solutions.
  •  Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or other tools, ensuring smooth and reliable application deployments.
  •  Manage Cloud resources and services, including virtual machines, storage buckets, Kubernetes managed services, and manages SQL services.
  •  Monitor system health, performance, and security, using cloud-native tools and third-party solutions.
  •  Collaborate with development teams to support and improve software delivery processes and DevOps best practices.
  •  Automate repetitive tasks and enhance system efficiency through scripting and configuration management.
  •  Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in cloud infrastructure.

What You'll Bring:

Required Skills and Experience:
  •  3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a related role.
  •  Proficiency with Terraform, including module development, remote state management, and best practices.

  •  Proficiency with Ansible, including roles development, inventories, and best practices.

  •  Proficiency with Jenkins, including pipeline-as-code (Jenkinsfile), plugin management, and integration with version control systems (Git).
  •  Strong working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
  •  Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  •  Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
  •  Proficient in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, etc.).
  •  Solid understanding of networking, security principles, and cloud governance.

Impact You'll Make:

Preferred Qualifications:
  •  GCP Professional DevOps Engineer, AWS DevOps Engineer, or other relevant certifications.
  •  Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet).
  •  Knowledge of other CI/CD tools and platforms (e.g., Jenkins) is a plus.
  •  Experience in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
