Position Purpose: Conduct audit procedures on various functions and processes to ensure optimal performance as designed or intended.
  • Audit accuracy of new group set up, benefit changes, group terminations, plan summary, manual processed claims, and manual eligibility changes for the client services team
  • Request and obtain information in a timely manner in order complete audit within deadlines
  • Prepare audit work papers and documentation of audit results
  • Audit procedures of other departments and perform special projects as assigned
  • Summarize audit findings in written reports
  • Schedule and discuss audit findings with team
  • Assist with updating or drafting policies and procedures related to audit procedures

Education/Experience: Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of accounting, auditing, or pharmacy benefit management (PBM) experience. Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.

Please note: this is a remote position, but will require the candidate to work the hours of 10:00am-7:00pm EST M-F.

Pay Range: $22.36 - $38.07 per hour
