We’re looking for a senior software engineer with experience in infrastructure and a strong passion for reliability and operability. You will work with a world-class team of engineers on building software-driven reliability for Asana’s online storage infrastructure and solving challenges unique to our domain. We are looking for big thinkers and innovators to take on the problem space and deliver elegant solutions.
The Storage Infrastructure pod builds and manages infrastructure to ensure the reliability and scalability of Asana's online user data systems such as databases and search. You will collaborate with a team that supports Asana’s core data infrastructure, empowering all user workflows, AI features, and offline analytics. This role offers the chance to deliver critical impact and take full ownership while working closely with partner teams. As Asana scales rapidly, the team provides opportunities to design and build complex engineering systems at scale, utilizing industry best practices and innovative solutions.
This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What we’ll offer
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 29,000 PLN - 47,167 PLN gross per month (subject to all taxes and necessary deductions) . The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity and sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
