The opportunity

The Engagement Strategy Coordinator is responsible for launching programs quickly and reallocating lead goals across channels to maintain overall pacing, in line with direction from the Manager of Engagement Strategy. This role also involves conducting in-depth assessments of 'At Risk' programs, and collaborating with Sales, Client Success, and Deal Desk to improve campaign targeting. 'At Risk' campaigns are identified at launch as potentially challenging and are closely monitored throughout their lifecycle.

The Engagement Strategy Coordinator works cross-functionally with various departments:

  • BI and Data teams to gather record counts and build targeting lists.
  • Operations, Client Success, and Delivery teams to provide feedback on program performance and recommendations to enhance pacing, conversions, and quality.
  • Deal Desk and Sales teams to ensure program success and resolve any challenges.

This role requires the ability to assess a program quickly based on targeting, account list size, custom questions, and historical performance to determine the most effective channel or channel combination. A strong understanding of the industry, our clients, and our capabilities as a lead generation provider is essential for monitoring campaigns and offering operational support to peers.

An excellent Engagement Strategy Coordinator is someone who works efficiently to launch new campaigns, actively monitors channel performance, and reallocates resources as needed to complete programs on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, an excellent communicator, and process-driven. They will consistently review programs with challenging or niche targeting and collaborate with the Sales and Deal Desk to ensure the successful completion of those programs, making any necessary adjustments.

What you'll do

  • Understands outbound B2B lead generation and our in-house capabilities and processes. 
  • Proactively addresses potential roadblocks or challenges in campaigns and works with CS, Delivery, and Operations teams to resolve them.
  • Set up channel allocations for all Pending Live outbound lead gen campaigns sold in the United States
  • Works with Program Coordinators from teledemand, email and internal operations teams to monitor lead generation, pacing, and overall lead quality, and effectively communicate that across teams
  • Monitor At Risk programs and collaborate with internal teams to pivot on those programs where needed

  • 1+  years experience in project management, operations, account management, or a similar role

Salary Range
We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.

Annual pay range
$55,000$65,000 USD
