About This Role:
As the Associate Director of Global Field Medical Training and Excellence, you will play a pivotal role within the Global Medical Capability team. Tasked with creating a sustainable learning strategy for Biogen's Regional and Global field medical teams, you will ensure alignment with the company’s overarching medical strategy. You will serve as a strategic partner and learning advisor, collaborating with key medical stakeholders to assess training needs and design scalable interventions. Your mission is to develop and manage key learning strategies and initiatives, including core curricula and advanced data updates, that enhance field medical competencies. By cultivating scientific expertise and leveraging your background in adult education, you will drive excellence and innovation across Biogen’s therapeutic areas, ultimately contributing to the company’s success.
