Clio is more than just a tech company–we are a global leader that is transforming the legal experience for all by bettering the lives of legal professionals while increasing access to justice.
Clio is transforming client intake, marketing, and growth strategies for law firms with Clio Grow. Our vision for Clio Grow is to become the best marketing platform for Legal. We are seeking a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our Clio Grow team and help shape the future of how law firms attract, retain, and engage clients. This role is available to candidates across Canada, excluding Quebec and can be performed from one of our Canadian offices, or remotely in Canada. Some exceptions may apply.
Attracting new and returning clients is essential to running a successful law practice. As a Product Manager for Clio Grow, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of the product roadmap, with a focus on enhancing Clio Grow’s Reputation Management (e.g. review requests, listing management, etc) and website capabilities. You will lead the development of tools that empower law firms to monitor, solicit and capture their client reviews. Helping them understand how to improve overall client satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, close collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to driving measurable impact for law firms of all sizes.
Your proven product management skills will be critical to shaping the trajectory of new products and features, as well as driving integrations with external products and partners. You will be responsible for ensuring the product evolves to meet the needs of legal professionals, maintaining its competitive edge while delivering meaningful value to our customers and their clients.
What you’ll do:
Product Leadership: As a Product Manager and in conjunction with your Engineering and Design counterparts (your triad) you will drive successful outputs and outcomes in your product area. Working from the overarching strategy set by your Director you will develop a roadmap in conjunction with your peers that moves our business forward and evangelize this throughout the company
Cutting edge technology: You will envision how to use emerging technologies, such as GenAI, to radically enhance how law firms manage their online reputation
Strategy and Prioritization: You will drive customer and market research, identify opportunities, develop unbiased business cases, and determine priorities that will help Clio best deliver on our mission and against our annual OKRs. You will build conviction in the initiatives that you choose to invest in and be willing to pivot when priorities change or new information comes to light
Market and Customer Understanding: We truly believe that the success of our customers comes first so expectations for Product Managers to be the expert on the user is high. As such, constant communication with customers, (existing, churned and prospect), as well as a deep understanding of the markets in which we operate will be expected. This will be complemented by deep quantitative data to complete the customer picture
Partnerships: As part of your responsibilities, you will contribute to technical and user experience considerations for integrating third-party services, such as marketing automation tools or online review platforms, acting as a bridge between product teams and partners
What you bring:
A background in building MarTech products (CRM, marketing automation, AdTech) required
Over 3 years of experience in product management roles within the tech industry, with a proven track record of managing and enhancing complex software products or platforms
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality or timelines
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team, always putting the customer first
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring requirements are clear and development stays aligned with the product vision
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and address challenges proactively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively
A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and the humility to seek guidance when needed
Bonus points if you have:
Prior experience in Reputation Management (review request management, business listing monitoring)
Prior experience in the legal tech industry or a strong understanding of the legal services market, including familiarity with legal practice management software and the needs of legal professionals
