As a Lead IT Business Analyst you will administer, configure, and support JD Edwards Enterprise One CNC environments including system architecture, security, performance tuning, and lifecycle management. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, stable, and repeatable ERP infrastructure solutions that support business and stakeholder requirements.
This position is a 100% onsite role located in Greenville, Wisconsin.
YOUR IMPACT:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned:
Serve as a role model in customer and IT colleague communication, delivering JD Edwards CNC solutions in a timely and effective manner.
Utilize ITIL methodology and ticketing systems to manage incidents, changes, problems, and service requests within JDE environments.
Install, configure, and maintain JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments including ESUs, ASUs, Tools Releases, and application upgrades.
Manage and support CNC activities including package builds, deployments, security administration, and environment refreshes.
Partner with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to support business requirements through stable and optimized JDE environments.
Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning across JDE architecture including web, enterprise, and database servers.
Maintain and support integrations including AIS, Orchestrator, BSSV, and interoperability frameworks.
Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for JDE CNC processes.
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies are in place and tested.
Support and maintain JDE security, user roles, and environment controls.
Lead CNC-related projects including upgrades, migrations, cloud initiatives, and environment redesigns.
Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and network teams to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
Serve as subject matter expert for JD Edwards CNC, supporting escalations and complex issue resolution.
Mentor team members on JDE CNC best practices and operational excellence.
Partner with vendors and Oracle support for issue resolution, patching strategies, and system improvements.
Participate in capacity planning and long-term strategic roadmap for JDE environments.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Five (5) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Experience with JDE architecture, package management, security, server management, troubleshooting, performance tuning, integrations, and system lifecycle management.
Strong skills in documentation, communication, stakeholder alignment, problem solving, and cross-team collaboration.

Pay Range:
$103,300.00 - $177,700.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
