The Merchant Operations function is responsible for enabling merchants on Bolt Food, ensuring compliance, and establishing scalable operations across all Merchant teams. In this role, you will design and refine processes for speed, compliance, and cost efficiency; manage third-party execution partners; collaborate closely with cross-functional HQ teams—including Product and Procurement—as key stakeholders; and support local market teams in setting up operations that scale effectively.

We are looking for a proactive, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in ambiguity, navigates complexity with clarity, and thinks both strategically and operationally. Strong prioritisation, stakeholder management, and attention to detail are essential for success.

• <point>You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, and 5+ years of experience managing global operations, processes, and complex cross-functional initiatives.</point>
• <point>You bring a proven track record in leading internal teams and managing third-party vendors.</point>
• <point>You have strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and lead multiple projects simultaneously.</point>
• <point>You are an effective communicator with excellent written English skills, take ownership, and proactively solve business problems.</point>
• <point>You are willing to travel across markets in Europe and Africa and are ready to relocate to Tallinn, Estonia (HQ).</point>
• <point>Nice to have: Data analytics skills (e.g., building Looker/Tableau views and generating actionable insights).</point>
