How you will create an impact

Key accountabilities will include but not limited to:

  • With assistance from in-country teams, develops an annual marketing plan (with an integrated marketing/sales approach) and provides strategic direction for the marketing of products and services through all channels.
  • Provides marketing support for large accounts (airlines, OTAs, etc.).
  • Reviews regional marketing materials to ensure messaging, design, visual elements and all brand attributes are keeping with corporate brand guidelines.
  • Manages the regional RFP process in coordination with the Head of Sales Development, including gathering responses and preparing materials for RFP responses and client presentations.
  • Collaborates with the global marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Works with social media lead on content for the APAC business (regarding events, product launches, etc.)
  • Assists with employee events and submits ideas / writes articles for the employee newsletter.
  • Collaborates with various functional units within the broader organization to ensure strategic and organizational alignment.
  • Reviews and reports on metrics for all APAC marketing tactics.
  • Manages speaking engagement approval process for APAC
  • Assists with scripts/presentation materials for speaking opportunities. 
  • Manages the relationship with Sales leadership to ensure continuous, open communication and exchange of ideas.

  • Proven experience in marketing and communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to conceptualize and effectively communicate new ideas, strategies, etc.
  • Stellar project management skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work as a team member with colleagues located around the world
