The Opportunity
Within the Sustainability Function, the Sustainability Integration Coordinator, coordinates that the sustainability strategy, the related agenda, and standards are upheld across the business units, regions and functions. The role performs an essential harmonization, synergizing, and integration task, capturing initiatives, specialized programs, and projects that may fall under the global sustainability agenda as well as leading specific projects and ensuring that functions and departments’ plans align with overall strategy.
This position can be fulfilled completely remotely within Europe. We are prioritizing skills and experience over physical work location.

How You Will Make an Impact
Responsible to oversee and coordinate the implementation of the sustainability strategy across the organization and that relevant policies and procedures are upheld by internal stakeholders
Monitor integration performance and make necessary adjustments, prepare and present integration reports to management, ensure compliance with standards and best practices
Identify best practices in specific program or service areas and composes reports, summaries, analyses, and recommendations.
Recognize and understand business relationships, analyze complex systems in different areas at local and global level, collect significant amount of information pertaining to a particular topic, apply problem-solving and critical thinking to identify synergy and harmonization opportunities, deviances, and inaccuracies from the strategy
Proactively engage, motivate, and involve stakeholders within existing channels of authority\responsibilities, ensuring connection to the bigger picture of long-term sustainability objectives of the company
Advance necessary cultural and operational transformations: build capacity to develop and strengthen stakeholders' awareness, knowledge, and motivation
Boldly seize and capture opportunities for deep and enduring sustainability value, making sure resources are defined, logged, and prioritized for action
Work closely with internal cross-functional partners to support to the internal and external reporting and outreach efforts, creating and/or providing input for sustainability reports and\or presentations
Your background
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in sustainability, project management, environmental, earth or biological science, chemistry, business administration, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in Engineering, Project Management or Science/Sustainability-related field in manufacturing industry preferred
Strong ESG operational and regulatory knowledge: technical aspects of any ESG sustainability macro-areas, frameworks and best practices in sustainability reporting
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and exercising good judgment, flexibility, creativity, and sensitivity in response to changing situations and needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively influence cross-functionally across the organization
Ability to assess, analyze, aggregate, and use data to make recommendations in line with strategy and goals
Excellent computer skills to create spreadsheets and databases, including High level skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications and PowerBi
