About the role
Are you a digital-savvy marketer with a passion for creating impactful customer experiences? We’re looking for a Commercial Omnichannel Manager to lead the charge in delivering innovative, data-driven strategies that connect our brands with customers with a focus on digital channels. You will partner with Marketing teams across all business units to design and implement omnichannel strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. You will craft seamless customer journeys, champion digital channel innovation, and ensure alignment with enterprise-wide priorities. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with internal teams, shared service centres, and external partners to deliver tangible business impact.
