At Brno's Thermo Fisher Scientific, we develop and manufacture state-of-the-art electron microscopes and spectrometers. They participate in the research of the ZIKA virus, HIV, they allow the shrinking of mobile phones. Our work contributes to making the world healthier, cleaner and safer. We are the largest production of electron microscopes in the world and we continue a more than 70-year-old tradition. We're looking for an HR Manager (Senior HRBP) who embodies integrity, teamwork, and a forward-thinking mindset.

What are the responsibilities of the role?

• You'll be more than an HR manager—you'll be a change agent
• You'll be tasked with aligning HR processes with our strategic goals, acting as the first point of contact for our leaders, and implementing various HR programs
• You'll also work closely with HR Business Partners across the globe and management to implement organizational structures and processes in line with our business objectives
• You'll be expected to handle everything from employee relations and performance management to compensation guidance and talent programs
• As a member of our HR team, you'll have the chance to influence and support organizational change, drive business improvement initiatives, and shape our company culture
• Expect to participate in international HR projects, work with leaders across the globe, and play a part in mergers, acquisitions, and transformation projects

What are the requirements?

• A university degree
• Preferably 5+ years of HR Business partnering or HR Generalist experience
• Fluency in English and Czech, both verbal and written
• A knack for building strong business relationships
• Team player with an open mind
• Can built and maintain strategic partnership with the business
• Have solid legal knowledge
• Readiness to drive change
