Huntsman is offering a rare opportunity for a talented Senior Specialist in Regulatory and Registration to join our dynamic EAME regional team.
Whether you prefer a hybrid setup in Krakow or remote work from the UK, you'll be at the heart of strategic regulatory initiatives, driving excellence in chemical data management and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
We are looking for someone that is the go-to person within EAME for business-initiated registration activities and ensure regulatory forward-looking compliance.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Senior Specialist Regulatory and Registration you will be responsible for:
Champion SAP-EHS data integrity and lead improvement initiatives
Manage REACH and REACH-like regulations (EU, UK, Turkey and Ukraine), focusing on volume monitoring and substance definitions
Act as the regulatory bridge between internal teams—R&D, business units, and data systems
Lead chemical identity and nomenclature validation efforts.
Monitor, interpret, and assess the impact of chemical regulations, communicating insights to stakeholders
Ensure compliance for sample shipments across Europe, supporting warehouse and R&D operations.
Drive regulatory reviews for BOM changes and new product introductions.
Support strategic projects including sales, acquisitions, and IT data consolidation.
Deliver impactful presentations and training to internal stakeholders.
Represent Huntsman in industry forums and trade associations.
Experience and Competencies:
We are looking for experienced candidates with:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, (Life) Science or an equivalent relevant degree in Technical, Science or Engineering.
5+ years of experience in REACH, product stewardship, or regulatory affairs within the chemical industry.
Deep understanding of chemistry, REACH, CLP and chemical control legislations relevant for Huntsman businesses.
Advanced knowledge of SAP-EHS and SVT module (mandatory), plus proficiency in tools like Excel, Power Query, and databases.
Proven project management skills and ability to work across cultures and time zones.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive, curious mindset with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
Willingness to travel occasionally
