The Manager / Sr. Manager-Operation Associate will report to PTL in ELM. He/She will be responsible for implementation of CI projects and monitoring of operational performance on the floor. This includes providing a leadership role for the process team, managing improvement projects and process monitoring for the area, acting as a liaison between operations and multiple support functions in execution of deviation investigation, change controls and assisting in providing supervisory coverage in the absence of the Process Team Leader.

Participate in the development of production plans.

• 与主管合作，确保生产计划的执行，并对可能出现的问题及时做出反应。协调操作人员会议和每月会议，以确保安全，质量组织问题或进度影响。

Collaborates with the supervisor in ensuring the execution of the production plan, reacting promptly to possible problems. Coordinate operation staff meetings and monthly meetings for Safety, quality organizational issue or schedule impact.
