What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Assist with the different administrative tasks that may arise daily in the department
  • Work as part of a team with colleagues in your department to achieve company objectives
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email
  • Provide in-person customer service at reception
  • Ensure compliance with all internal company rules and procedures
  • Scan documents related to goods
  • Perform other tasks necessary for the smooth running of the department
  • In summary: be proactive and organized, and know how to make a difference in your area

What do we expect from you?

  • Intermediate level of English – preferred
  • Fluency in Portuguese
  • High school diploma – preferred
  • Basic computer skills (user level)
  • Previous experience in similar roles will be valued
  • Working hours:
  • 09:00 – 14:00, Monday to Friday
  • 15:00 – 20:00, Monday to Friday
