The Role:

As Senior Analytics Manager you will be responsible for deploying the day-to-day analytical requirements of our key global accounts working as part of a strong team. This will include supporting specifying, sourcing and building econometric models. Beyond this there are plenty of opportunities to get involved with the product of investment scenario plans, forecasting models, dashboards reporting solutions, campaign experimentation and measurement strategy.  

This role is perfect for a data enthusiast who is looking to develop their expertise across analytics and data science by delivering high quality solutions and insights to some of the most innovative companies on the planet.

Responsibilities

  • Pursue best in class data visualisation and reporting through PowerBI
  • Take ownership of analytics output for assigned accounts/campaigns
  • Collaborate with campaign team(s) to provide regular insights and recommendations, and lead on the execution of the clients’ measurement plan
  • Adopt appropriate techniques to scientifically evaluate campaign performance and testing results
  • Be the bridge between the client, business users and the data engineering team
  • Help build our marketing-mix modeling function by developing and interpreting models for our clients  
  • Deploy test and learn programmes that deliver incremental value for our clients through structured experimentation
  • Uncover insights to steer campaign optimisation as well as medium-longer term in-depth analysis/research
  • Help shape Mediahub’s data analytics offering by actively exploring and applying new techniques in the field of marketing, consumer research, predictive analytics and machine learning
  • Be a mentor to the more junior members in our team, helping to develop their skills (Python,SQL)

 

About You

  • You have 3-6 years of relevant agency/consultancy experience, be passionate, ambitious, and curious to learn more
  • Experience visualising datasets and creating reports in PowerBI
  • Degree(s) or working experiences in applied science/social science fields (Economics/Mathematics or related)
  • Marketing-mix modeling/econometrics - specifying and running projects from start to finish
  • Experienced user of SQL databases
  • Understand the role of media channels and media measurement plans
  • Good knowledge of ad-serving and media agency workflow
  • Strong numeracy skills, attention to detail and time management
  • Good written and verbal presentation skills
  • Keen to develop and learn, working as part of a team

 

Bonus points

  • Competent user Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics 
  • Experience with DataBricks and one or more programming languages (Python or R) and the use of popular data analysis libraries (e.g. numpy, pandas, scikit learn)
  • Understanding of popular ad-servers as well as their reporting APIs
  • Previous experience with media platform testing tools
  • Understanding of attribution and marketing mix modeling
  • Previous experience analysing spot attribution for TV activity
  • Experience of statistics - descriptive statistics, regression, probability, sampling, hypothesis testing
