The Opportunity

Joining our On‑Site Services team in France, you will be the Onsite IT Support Specialist ensuring that our colleagues in both office and industrial environments benefit from reliable, secure, and high‑quality technology every day. This role combines technical troubleshooting, user support, and hands‑on work with IT equipment.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support shared spaces (meeting rooms, AV equipment, printers) to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
  • Manage local IT stock, maintain accurate CMDB updates, and perform regular inventory checks across the three sites.
  • Coordinate logistics for shipments, returns, and device transfers between French locations.
  • Handle warranty cases with OEM vendors and accompany external technicians during on‑site interventions.
  • Perform periodic checks of IT rooms (temperature, cabling, AC, power supply) to ensure operational readiness.
  • Identify risks or service gaps early and contribute to maintaining high service quality across all locations.
  • Represent IT on site by providing friendly, clear communication and ad hoc user support when needed.

Your Background

  • Experience in IT field services, on‑site support, technical support, or a similar hands‑on environment.
  • Strong skills in troubleshooting Windows devices, Office 365 tools, and basic networking issues.
  • Comfortable handling hardware, software, peripherals, and connectivity challenges.
  • Experience with IT asset management, inventories, or logistics coordination is a plus.
  • Able to work independently across multiple sites and manage priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English; able to support a multicultural user base.
  • Customer‑focused, calm under pressure, and able to provide clear and positive interactions.
  • Organized, reliable, and consistent in following procedures (SOPs, runbooks, KB articles).
