About this Role:

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Functions Finance, the Sr. Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of Accounting supporting select corporate functions (Finance, HR, Corporate Development, Corporate Administration and Global Business Services).  

This person is expected to deliver flawless and timely execution of all accounting close and control processes, with commitment to the highest standards of integrity and accuracy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee and assist in all aspects of accounting, including: management reporting of monthly and quarterly results, monthly, quarterly and annual close processes
  • Adhoc projects within Finance Organization, including but not limited to audit remediation, training, tracking and process improvement

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Finance, accounting or audit.
  • Familiarity w/Oracle, Hyperion and Business Objects preferred 
  • Strong combination of financial and analytical skills
  • Strong oral, presentation and written communications and the ability to build productive working relationships with various levels, functions and teams
  • Attention to detail, yet proven ability to maintain an “80/20” mindset
  • High sense of urgency with the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.

This role is in hybrid job mode with eligibility for off-campus category.
