Job Description:
As the Marketing & Communications responsible for Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, you’ll play a key role in DXC business growth in this territory by delivering high-impact marketing & communications initiatives to increase DXC’s pipeline, visibility, and foster employee engagement. Part of DXC’s European marketing function and working hand in hand with the Benelux leadership team, you will work at both strategic and operational levels, in close collaboration with key external partners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor integrated marketing programs aligned with the company’s business objectives (covering events, PR, digital marketing, employee engagement etc.)
- Drive digital marketing programs to grow existing accounts and target new logos.
- Work with sales teams to generate demand for our products and services and ensure strong RoI from our marketing programs.
- Develop, write, and produce a wide range of communication materials (case studies, digital content, press releases, social media, employee comms, etc.).
- Maintain clear, consistent, and effective communication with customers, employees, partners, media, and professional associations.
- Organize and manage events (conferences, trade shows, webinars, etc.) – from planning, through execution, to reporting.
- Work closely with external marketing and PR agencies to develop and execute campaigns aligned with the company's brand and values.
- Work with the Benelux leadership team to ensure DXC is represented at professional events to strengthen brand visibility and build strong industry networks.
Profile & Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in a B2B or tech-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written) is required — French is a plus.
- Strong writing and editorial skills, including proofreading, content adaptation, and marketing storytelling.
- Good command of communication tools, digital platforms, CRM systems, AI tools and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail, deadlines, and priorities.
- Self-driven with a proactive mindset, able to work both independently and within a structured environment, showing creativity and adaptability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit, comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
Work Conditions
- Full-time position.
- Hybrid working arrangement with expectation to work in a DXC office 2-3 times a week.
- Willingness to travel across Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg as required by the business.
