Why we need you
As a Recruiter specializing in executive-level hires, you will play an integral role in attracting, engaging and securing new Oliver Wyman Partners to fuel the growth of our Asia Pacific team.
What we will count on you to do
- Manage the end-to-end Partner recruitment process, including interviews, offer negotiation and onboarding facilitation
- Manage a high-touch candidate recruiting process, ensuring excellent engagement and best-in-class experience
- Devise sourcing strategies with stakeholders, building a deep understanding of Oliver Wyman’s business and role requirements
- Implement a variety of direct sourcing approaches and techniques to help identify and attract target talent, driving candidates into the pipeline and active hiring processes
- Conduct comprehensive market mapping and research to enhance industry insights and help build a robust talent pipeline
- Implement diversity hiring initiatives as part of sourcing strategies to build an inclusive team
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Regularly and comprehensively track recruiting activity and use data-driven analytics and reporting to update business partners, assess recruiting strategy, and support decision-making
- Actively seek and share insights on employment and industry trends; proactively share knowledge with the wider recruiting team and stakeholders
- Be an Oliver Wyman brand ambassador, representing our firm and culture authentically
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to promote our talent value proposition
- Be a first point of contact for external search firm relationships, ensuring approach consistency
- Contribute to strategic team projects, enhancing recruiting best practice
What you’ll need to have
- 3- 6 years’ experience in talent acquisition, ideally gained in an in-house recruiting function or leading search firm, preferably within management consulting or professional services
- Bachelor’s degree required; HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience managing high-touch and complex recruiting processes, ideally for senior level executives
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with and engage and influence senior candidates and stakeholders, including in a collaborative, matrixed environment
- Experience using a variety of search techniques and platforms to target talent, including LinkedIn and external networking
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- A solutions-oriented approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and expectations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- An ownership mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to deliver reports and presentations
