What this job involves
The Head of Portfolio Services Sales for Asia Pacific Work Dynamics is a role responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion across JLL's comprehensive portfolio services offerings in the APAC region. The target candidate has delivered successful selling outcomes using structured sales processes and tools such as Miller Heiman and Salesforce. The Head of Portfolio Services Sales will be a member of our pursuit team. This position requires a strong leader with deep commercial real estate and portfolio solutions expertise who can develop long-term client relationships with multinational corporations and regional enterprises.
Strategic Leadership & Business Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for Portfolio Services across APAC region
- Lead all aspects of the sales process. This includes nurturing new business relationships, developing, selling, and contracting comprehensive outsourcing solutions to meet the client’s requirements.
- Specific acumen in Portfolio Services, including Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management and Brokerage.
- Working knowledge of occupier services such as Occupancy Planning, Project & Development Services, and Facility Management
- After demonstrating proficiency in sales supporting role, small to mid-size sales pursuits and renewals, including new and expansion business for services within Portfolio Solutions envelope
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends in workplace solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and industry players
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with other JLL service lines to deliver integrated solutions
Sales Management
- Establish sales processes, reporting, methodologies, and performance metrics
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and client-centricity
- Work with wider REMS Sales team on multi-x opportunities
- Work with peers in other regions on global opportunities
- Work with peers in other Service Lines (e.g. Leasing Advisory) on regional/global opportunities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers, include but not limited to external RFP consultants, JLL Brokers, and Industry leaders
- Serve as trusted advisor on workplace strategy and portfolio optimization
- Lead complex, multi-market client engagements and contract negotiations
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention rates
- Support account growth strategies for existing client portfolios
Market Intelligence & Innovation
- Monitor competitive landscape and market dynamics across APAC region
- Stay current with workplace trends, technology innovations, and regulatory changes
- Contribute to product development and service enhancement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to demonstrate expertise and leadership within industry organizations to further advance the recognition of JLL as a leader in Commercial Real Estate solutions
- Represent JLL at industry conferences, events, and client forums
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Desired experience and technical skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in commercial real estate services
- 5+ years of experience in APAC markets with proven track record of regional expansion
- Experience with portfolio services, leasingbrokerage, and/or outsourcing account relationship management strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets across major APAC cities
- Experience with complex, multi-service client engagements
- Knowledge of workplace strategy, space optimization, and portfolio management
- Successful track record of achieving immediate credibility and client relationships
- Understand how to react and modify approach in front of clients and other key influencers
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively across diverse markets
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Willingness to travel extensively across the APAC region
