We still have our typical summer camps throughout Colorado; Bay Area, California; Portland, Oregon; and Bellevue, Washington. Location: Centennial - Colorado

Important Details

  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, typically 30-36 hours/week.

  • Position Duration: Training begins May 23 - May 27 and May 31; programs run from June 1st until July 31st. June 28 - July 3 off.

  • Compensation: Starting at $17.25/hour

Job Duties

  • You will spend a week with a group of campers, leading and participating in activities such as biking, hiking, and climbing, along with other fun camp games and activities.

  • Safety is key!! You will be responsible for risk management and teaching our campers how to recreate safely

  • You are a role model for our campers; you will demonstrate and guide campers in appropriate behavior, attitudes, and activities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our campers, parents, and Avid families


Your Background

  • Must be at least 18 years of age by the start of camp

  • +1 years of experience working with kids in a professional or volunteer setting preferred

  • Experience in our onsite activities such as rock wall belaying, bike pump track, and general camp activities preferred

  • Minimum of Basic First Aid, CPR, and Mandatory Reporter certification by the start of camp (and we can point you in the right direction to get this done!!)

  • Specialized certifications eligible for end-of-season bonuses! $100 - $400 per certification
