Job Description

Rockwell Automation LifecycleIQ™ Services bring together industry, technology, operational and application expertise to promote safe, secure and reliable manufacturing. We offer a full range of industrial automation services to support a customer's manufacturing plant or facility throughout its lifecycle.

Our Solutions and Services businesses are collaborating to help customers implement solutions that answer their goals, so that they can improve their products, services and enterprise. Whether they need an assessment, implementation support or long-term maintenance, our team can help in all phases of the enterprise lifecycle – from innovate, design, operate and maintain.

You will report to the Proposal Manager.

You will work hybrid in Warsaw, Poland.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete proposal process from initial customer contact through contract signing and handover to delivery teams.
• Prepare bids for industrial automation and operational services, including machine upgrades, migrations, operational networks, infrastructure, security, asset management contracts, repairs, training, and related services.
• Validate and endorse technical solutions for industrial automation and operational services, ensuring agreement on customer requirements and company standards.
• Analyze project inputs to develop accurate estimates for time, cost, materials, and labor.
• Collaborate with customers, Sales teams, and Field Engineers/Consultants to define functional requirements and provide solutions that exceed customer expectations.
• Understand customer application needs and create conceptual designs for Rockwell Automation solutions, including Field Engineering Projects.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations that comply with internal policies, financial goals, and customer requirements.
• Promote the full portfolio of Rockwell Automation offerings by identifying opportunities to expand the scope of services.
• Provide regular status updates to Sales Account Managers, Department Leads, and Management.
• Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and company policies, including delegation authority.
• Stay current with advancements in industrial automation and IT/OT solutions, demonstrating stay up to date with industry trends and adapt.
• Address complex commercial and technical challenges at local and regional levels.
• Lead activities of others to achieve project goals.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• 5 or more years' experience in either Field-based Engineering role or Previous Proposal Experience in an Industrial Automation environment.
• Experience in work with internal and external customers.
• Broad automation background.
• Fluent in English and Polish (verbal and written).
