SUMMARY

Wiz’s Sales Systems team aims to accelerate Wiz’s growth by partnering with our go-to-market teams to deliver customer value. As we continue to grow at an incredible speed, we work to ensure each sales team member is set up for success at every phase. We take both a bird’s eye view and dive into the weeds to solve problems as a team to drive employee success and revenue.

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator with experience in SaaS to join our team of talented Salesforce professionals. This candidate will have a hand in helping scale a quickly growing business and will help solve many of the day-to-day problems that come with a hyper-fast growing SaaS company. A focus on data hygiene and clear, effective communication will be valued.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

1. Salesforce Configuration and Customization:

  • You'll assist in configuring and customizing Salesforce to meet the evolving needs of our sales teams. This includes setting up custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.

2. User Support and Training:

  • You'll provide frontline support to our sales team, helping them troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and optimize their use of Salesforce. Additionally, you'll assist in conducting training sessions to onboard new users and enhance the Salesforce skills of existing team members.

3. Data Management and Quality Assurance:

  • You'll play a key role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our Salesforce data. This involves performing regular data hygiene tasks, identifying and resolving data quality issues, and implementing best practices for data governance.

4. Reporting and Analytics:

  • You'll create and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and other key metrics. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights that drive informed decision-making.

5. Stay Updated on Salesforce Best Practices:

  • You'll stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices, leveraging your knowledge to continuously improve our Salesforce instance and maximize its value to the organization.

6. Collaborate and Communicate:

  • You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, and IT, to gather requirements, implement solutions, and drive adoption of Salesforce throughout the organization. Strong communication skills will be essential for success in this role.

7. Support Continuous Improvement:

  • You'll actively participate in discussions and initiatives aimed at optimizing our sales processes and systems. Your insights and contributions will help drive continuous improvement and scalability as our company continues to grow.

8. Be a part of a highly collaborative team:

  • As a Salesforce Admin, you will be responsible for contributing to our standups and internal calls by providing your insight on the needs of the business. You will work closely on complex projects with Analysts, other Senior Admins, and Junior admins to ensure a best-in-class experience for our many Salesforce users.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with Salesforce administration and familiarity with Salesforce configuration options, data models, and basic Salesforce automation tools (e.g., workflow rules, process builder).
  • Experience with self-managing caseloads.
  • Basic understanding of CRM principles, data management practices, and database structure.
  • Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for understanding complex systems and processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and collaborate effectively with team members across departments.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in relation to data entry, data management, and creating and maintaining documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements and technologies.
  • A strong team player with a positive attitude, able to collaborate with others, share insights, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, technologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in customer service, with the ability to empathize with users, understand their needs, and deliver effective solution
