The International Project Worker Team, part of the Global Mobility function within the Compensation & Benefits structure, supports the international movement of employees. Specifically, the team manages all field assignments where employees are mobilized to international onshore and offshore projects.

We are currently seeking a junior professional to cover a maternity leave—someone confident in maintaining relationships across various levels of seniority within the business. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds are essential. An interest in complex, detail-oriented work is important, and prior experience in global mobility or international assignments would be an advantage.

How you will make an impact:

  • Service delivery: Delivering support in international assignment process to Global Mobility, HR community, employees, and stakeholders. Service initiations, enrolments/terminations to third party vendors; this could include suppliers for: tax, immigration, destination services, Insurance and move services. Providing a high level of support for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders, while ensuring that quality controls are maintained. Facilitation assignment life cycle

  •  Process administration tasks: Produce all assignment related paperwork and related support documentation. Payroll instructions& coordination of compensation collection from Payrolls. Invoice handling: Review draft invoices, monitor and follow up, and whenever required, ad hoc investigations.

  • Stakeholder cooperation: Support counterparts in the Global Mobility Function worldwide in managing assignments

  • Process improvement: Identifying opportunities for improvement based on feedback and experience.

  • Polices communication: Communicating information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers in a clear and concise manner to ensure understanding and adoption.

Your background :

  • Experienec : A Minimum of 1 year of HR experience preferably with experience in managing global mobility matters.

  • Work approach :Ability to manage personal workload and support others where necessary.Delivery focused and able to work to tight deadlines. Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Should be comfortable working within an international environment and across diverse cultures Proactive and have analytical skills and good attention to details

  • Tools experience : Good IT skills, and proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel. Assignment Pro experience desirable but not essential. 

  • Soft skills : Excellent communication skills and a confident manner

  • Language skills : Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages preferable
