The Account Management Intern will support the Account Management team in planning, executing, and monitoring influencer and digital marketing campaigns. This role provides hands-on experience in client servicing, project coordination, campaign performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver optimal business results and ensure client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
Client & Account Support:
- Assist in coordinating with clients to understand campaign objectives, expectations, and requirements
- Support the Account Management team in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring smooth communication throughout campaign execution
- Help identify business growth opportunities and provide recommendations based on client needs and campaign performance
Project & Campaign Management:
- Support planning and tracking of project timelines for assigned influencer and digital marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. influencer, creative, media, and supporting teams) to ensure campaign execution aligns with project scope and contract compliance
- Liaise with third-party partners and vendors to fulfill campaign deliverables and contractual requirements
Campaign Monitoring & Problem Solving:
- Monitor campaign performance and execution progress
- Identify potential issues or risks and assist in developing preventive or corrective solutions
- Support the team in resolving operational or execution-related problems during campaigns
Reporting & Performance Analysis:
- Assist in consolidating campaign reports customized to client requirements
- Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to extract key insights
- Support in preparing meaningful findings and recommendations to improve future campaign performance
Data & Insight Development:
- Gather relevant data and insights to evaluate account and campaign performance
- Assist in setting digital marketing direction and optimization strategies based on performance analysis
Ad-hoc & Team Support:
- Support additional account management tasks and special projects as assigned by the Account Manager or Team Lead
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields
- Strong interest in account management, digital marketing, influencer marketing, or client servicing
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
