Founded in 2019, Transmutex aim to reinvent nuclear energy/medicine/waste recycling by using an accelerator-driven system (ADS) to optimize the transmutation of long-lived nuclear waste. The innovative combination of particle accelerators and Thorium fuel based on existing long-lived radioactive waste allows to generate energy intrinsically safe and recycle the stockpile of long-lived waste in a proliferation-resistant way.
For our growing team in Geneva, we are looking to hire a dynamic Human Resources (HR) and Talent Acquisition Specialist to grow Transmutex from ca. 50 to 150 employees over the course of 2025 aligning them with our fast-paced and collaborative culture. As such, you accompany the entire spectrum of the company’s HR aspects ranging from global recruitment, contracts, permits, salaries and benefits to onboarding, organizational culture, policies, performance management and learning. You report to the Administrative Director.
You have a Swiss Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en ressources humaines, previous HR experience in organisations with at least several dozen employees, know how to use HR-related softwares (such as Lever) and have effective communication skills both in English and French (written and spoken).
In detail you will
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across technical, scientific, and operational roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and identify candidates who align with our technical expertise and culture.
- Build relationships with universities, research institutions, and industry professionals to create a strong talent pipeline.
- Utilize innovative recruitment tools and technologies to streamline hiring processes and improve candidate experience.
Starting date: spring 2025
