As a Marketing Communications Advisor, you will contribute to the performance of our B2B initiatives supporting business development, wealth management, and the Fiduciary mandate. You will play a key role in structuring marketing tools, creating clear and relevant content, optimizing platforms, and industrializing request‑for‑proposal (RFP) processes. You will operate in a dynamic, bilingual financial environment where rigor, creativity, and speed of execution are essential. Your ability to simplify financial concepts and deliver high‑quality assets will make a meaningful impact on the growth of our teams. More specifically, you will be required to:

B2B Marketing & Support to Business Development

  • Produce and update marketing content (FR/EN): presentations, fact sheets, pitch materials, emails, LinkedIn posts, team bios.

  • Adapt messages based on the needs of business development and wealth management audiences.

  • Support account directors with modernized and consistent sales tools.

  • Work closely with the Product, Fiduciary, Sales, Compliance, and Digital Marketing teams.

Web Platform & Content (including editorial governance)

  • Contribute to the strategy and evolution of Web content on fondsdesjardins.com, including Fiduciary‑related content.

  • Produce and optimize educational and technical materials (FAQs, glossaries, offer explanations).

  • Track Web performance indicators (traffic, engagement) and recommend UX/SEO improvements.

  • Ensure linguistic quality (FR/EN), visual consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Maintain rigorous editorial governance: version control, content structure, and compliance.

  • Collaborate with external partners (agencies, designers, translators) to deliver high‑quality assets.

Fiduciary Mandate

  • Establish, structure, and maintain a comprehensive RFP response library.

  • Develop master templates (letters, appendices, presentation templates, standard responses).

  • Coordinate information gathering and ensure editorial and regulatory quality of deliverables.

  • Contribute to the growth strategy in Ontario in particular.

  • Develop credibility assets: case studies, “Why Us” fact sheets, Ontario‑specific content.

  • Support visibility initiatives: speaking engagements, partnerships, and presence in relevant networks.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field

  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience in B2B marketing or communications requiring a strong autonomy, structured thinking and editorial rigor

  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

  • Knowledge of French is required

  • Excellent writing skills in French and English

  • Proficiency to simplify and explain financial concepts (products, AMF framework)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools

  • Knowledge of the fiduciary or wealth‑management sectors: an asset
