VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Associate, Service Delivery Consumer Marketplace Integration (fixed term maternity cover) to join our team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

As an Associate, Service Delivery Consumer Marketplace Integration, you will be the critical link between our business operations and engineering teams, ensuring seamless order flows across our marketplace and e-commerce channels. You will proactively monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents affecting thousands of daily orders, returns, invoicing processes, and fiscal declarations - directly impacting our customers’ experience and our compliance with institutional requirements.

We expect that you will deliver unbeatable results whilst fulfilling the following aspects of the role (primary accountabilities):

• Proactively monitor and analyze order flows using Slack alerts and AWS CloudWatch, identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact business operations
• Extract and analyze data directly from AWS databases using SQL queries, creating comprehensive exports to support incident investigation and process validation
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams during incident resolution, ensuring clear communication and swift problem-solving
• Manage order and return flow integrity across marketplace and e-commerce channels, including reprocessing failed orders and validating integrator databases
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of invoicing processes and fiscal declarations in institutional portals through systematic monitoring and validation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring patterns and proposing preventive solutions

Skills for Success

To succeed in this role, you must combine technical proficiency with strong analytical thinking and collaborative problem-solving skills. You'll need to navigate complex systems, interpret data quickly, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. We are looking for someone who can:

• Demonstrate SQL querying skills with the ability to extract, analyze, and interpret data from complex databases to identify root causes and trends
• Navigate and utilize AWS services (particularly database tools and CloudWatch) with confidence and technical understanding
• Think proactively and analytically, spotting potential issues in data flows before they escalate into business-impacting incidents
• Communicate clearly and effectively across technical and business teams, translating complex technical issues into actionable business language
• Work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
• Show a genuine interest in e-commerce operations, marketplace integrations, and the end-to-end order lifecycle
• Demonstrate problem-solving resilience and a continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to optimize processes and prevent recurring issues
