Position Overview

The Project Coordinator will be a vital part of a small team committed to driving change across the company. This role is a blend of administrative assistant tasks, and event and project coordination. The role involves scheduling trainings at Autodesk locations worldwide, managing logistics, maintaining class data and rosters, and building partnerships with various teams. This position provides an opportunity to develop valuable organizational skills by driving a companywide program. The role is part of a supportive team environment that values collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement.

This position reports to the Chief of Staff & Director of Operations, AEC.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling in-person and virtual trainings in Autodesk locations around the world

  • Managing logistics of meeting rooms, catering, supplies, and materials.

  • Creation and management of virtual trainings including adding them to the training system, invites, Zoom meeting rooms and virtual collaboration spaces

  • Working with complex calendars across multiple time zones and scheduling needs

  • Maintaining class data and rosters

  • Managing and responding to program-related emails and internal messages and directing them to the appropriate parties as necessary

  • Building partnerships with office facilities teams, instructors, and admins

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role

  • In-depth knowledge and proficiency of MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with SharePoint, Slack and Asana a plus

  • Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures

  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to manage small projects, work under pressure, and consistently make deadlines

  • Able to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality

  • Outstanding written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Human Centered Design

  • Proficiency in Mural, Miro, or similar tools

  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,500 and $149,270. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
